ABOUT:
If you have ever desired to set up a daily consistent meditation practice and explore the inner dimensions of your inner world then this retreat may just be for you.
The guided Breathwork and Meditation sessions are designed for everyone from complete beginners to those that have previous experience. In these sessions you will also be taught a process to start to focus and direct the mind allow yourself to start to observe true reality.
This is retreat ultimately is a journey of deep healing through self-observation.
This retreat is about taking the first steps to restoring this harmony long term to all systems. It all starts with honest self inquiry and discernment.
The techniques are taught in an easy-to-understand and practical way and matter what your previous experience, you will deepen your understanding of how to truly find harmony for your mind and body.
You will be introduced to a set of very powerful practices and techniques that you will be able to integrate into your life post the retreat experience to continue to deepen your practice.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Transport not included in retreat investment but car pooling can possibly be organised.
*All meals, snacks and teas included.
*Upon arrival we will ask you to hand over your phone and any other technology for save keeping until the conclusion of the retreat. (We will give you our facilitators numbers so loved ones can still contact you in the case of an emergency)
*Day 1 there will be opportunity to get to know each other and talk but as of Day 2 until 9am on Day 3 there is to minimal eye contact and no talking.
*On this retreat we ask you to abstain from technology, meat, fish, caffeine, processed foods, smoking, alcohol, other drugs and physical touch with others.
*There will be opportunities to talk with members from the Empowered Facilitator Team in free time periods one on one IF you believe it is necessary to do so.
*Please note though this may seem like a restful and relaxing experience, which it is, it can also be a very challenging experience both physically, mentally and emotionally for some. However the rewards at the end of this experience definitely outweigh the short term discomfort.
*Please not we will also be running Facebook Live Information session to help prepare you for this retreat and a zoom call post this retreat to assist with integration there after.
*We also provide ongoing aftercare post your retreat experience.

- Favourite Tea or Hot drink etc
- Small blanket for meditation
- Meditation cushion/bolster
- Drink bottle
- Warm comfortable clothes
- Towel for shower
- Journal/pen
- Any medication/ventilators needed
- Crystals/Oracle cards/Mala beads/essential oils/etc (optional)

CATERING:
Can you all please let us know if you have any allergies or other dietary requirements and we will take that into consideration when organising catering. 🙏🏻
LOOK AFTER YOUR HEALTH: 🏥
Please make sure you bring along any medications, asthma puffers, etc. We will have first aid kits available at base camp as well as on a hikes. You will also be required to fill out a health screening form upon arrival.
PARKING:
There is plenty of free parking available on-site at venue.
UPON ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival our team will be at the venue to meet you and assist you.
DRESS CODE:
Dress code is comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
OTHER INFORMATION:
We will also provide water, tea and light snacks between main meals.
