Join me when I return to Shediac, NB to host my second Somatic Healing and Meditation event! ✨Last time I was in Shediac, I had an amazing turn out, and received amazing feedback. I got to meet some amazing people from the area, who have asked me to return!
For those of you who don’t know me. My name is Monika or you can call me Mon for short. I am a single mom of 3 beautiful children, I deliver parcels by day. But my true passion is helping people connect with themselves along their healing journey.
I am a Spiritual Medium & Somatic Life Coach as well as Reiki Master Teacher.
When I’m doing an energy reading, I’m feeling for what chakras in your body are holding trauma that you need to unlock to help you move forward in your healing journey. I use somatic movement and breath to help you process and release the energies that are no longer serving their purpose in your body. That’s the thing about the body, it will only release when it’s ready too.
I write all my own meditations, I am excited to create a beautiful guided meditation for this event. I channel my meditations closer to the date when I can get a better energy reading of the group as a whole 🫶🏻
For this event I will be doing a group session as well as 1:1 private Spiritual Medium Readings. These private sessions will include, Reiki energy, energy reading, spiritual medium reading and card reading. Each session is 30 min. I have 5 spots available:
1:15, 1:45, 2:15, 2:45 and 3:15
Doors open for the group session to set up their spots at 3:45
Group session starts at 4pm with a group energy cleanse, followed by a bit about me.
I open my sessions with coming into our bodies and the space with grounding and breath, followed by light somatic movement as we bring to open up our bodies and become more comfortable we will move into more upbeat somatic movements, and then we will slow down again, as we get ready to move into the meditation. Following the meditation I ask everyone to remain in their own energies as I go around the room to each person with love, healing and Reiki energy and words of kindness on your journey’s after we part ways.
It will be a beautiful session, I can’t wait to see new and past faces, and I look forward to holding healing space with everyone who feels called to join 🤍

1:1 private reading: $60 per 30 min
