Return to Shakti: A Half Day Women’s Embodiment Retreat in Nature

A half day women’s retreat to reconnect with your Shakti energy - your creative life force, your vitality, your most wild, creative, intuitive feminine self.

This is your space to slow down and return to your body as a source of wisdom & power, releasing all that is blocking this source of wisdom & power from being fully & truly expressed.

Held in a private outdoor sanctuary surrounded by pine trees, we gather in nature for movement, ritual, nourishment, and deep rejuvenation.

Shakti is the living energy of creation.

It is movement, breath, expression, softness, power, and flow.

When we are disconnected from it, we feel stagnant, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.

When we reconnect with it, we return to:

•aliveness in the body

•emotional flow and release

•creativity and intuition

•grounded feminine power

This retreat is a space to reawaken that energy gently and safely.

We gather at Flying Horse Lawn, a private outdoor green space near Rivelin, surrounded by tall pine trees.

This is a protected, natural environment that feels grounding, spacious, and deeply supportive for inner work.

We move slowly, in rhythm with the land, allowing nature to be part of the experience.

Across the afternoon we will move through:

•Elemental honouring to open the space

•Embodied Shakti activation practices

•Cacao ceremony

•Breathwork + intuitive movement

•Grounding womens yoga

•Deep rest in nature

•Magical ritual space for intention + release

•Women’s circle + shared reflection

•Plant based evening meal

Everything is held with choice - you are always invited to move at your own pace and sit out anything that you wish.
