About this Event
A slow and gentle yin yoga practice, held mostly in seated and reclined positions. Poses are supported and held for several minutes to release tension, encourage free flow and support deep nervous system regulation.
We will begin with a short introduction to the position of the womb and its supporting ligaments, offering a deeper understanding of the body before we move into practice.
The session will include subtle womb-centred movement and breathwork, helping you reconnect to the deeper layers of your body in a calm and supported way.
The evening will close with yoga nidra, a guided meditation practised lying down, to support deep rest and inner balance.
No prior experience is needed.

As the session includes extended floor-based poses and a closing relaxation, you may cool down. I recommend dressing in warm layers and bringing a blanket and socks to stay comfortable.
