Return to Self is an immersive breathwork experience designed to help release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into a state of balance, clarity, and presence.

Through guided breathing, somatic grounding, music, and intentional facilitation, you’ll be supported in shifting out of survival mode and into a deeper state of calm, awareness, and emotional connection.

This experience is open to all levels. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, mentally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply seeking a deeper sense of peace and clarity, this space is designed to support your reset.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

Please bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or head support
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)

This breathwork experience involves conscious connected breathing and may produce intense physical and emotional responses.

For safety reasons, this event is NOT recommended for individuals who are currently experiencing or have a history of:

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure
• Stroke, aneurysm, or history of heart attack
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

• Use of heavy medications that alter brain chemistry
• Any medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that could be affected by intense breathing practices
