About this Event
Return to Regulation is a half-day retreat designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with your body.
- Do you find yourself repeating the same painful pattern, even when you know it is not good for you?
- Do you feel unseen or unheard in your relationships?
- Stuck in the same emotional loops?
- Empty, even when everything looks fine on the outside?
- Overwhelmed by feelings you cannot quite name?
- Or unable to access and process your emotions at all?
Stress often lingers beneath the surface. The mind may keep functioning, but the body remains braced. Over time, this bracing can turn into repetition, numbness, reactivity or shutdown.
This retreat creates the space to gently unwind that holding.
From 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm, you will be guided through a structured and professionally held experience that weaves breathwork, hypno-guidance, laughter yoga and integration.
Throughout the afternoon we will move through:
- Grounded Breathwork
To regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and restore steadiness. - Hypno-Guided Inner Work
A therapeutic blend of breath and focused suggestion to safely access deeper emotional layers. - Laughter Yoga
A simple yet powerful way to shift stress chemistry in the body and reintroduce lightness and ease.
This is not about intensity or performance. It is about creating the conditions for safety, awareness and sustainable reset. When the nervous system begins to feel safer, patterns soften. Emotions become more accessible. You begin to feel more connected to yourself and your life.
Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you are welcome.
The day is guided by Nora, a therapist and breathwork facilitator, bringing together psychological understanding and embodied practice in a grounded, trauma-aware space.

What to Bring / How to Prepare
- Your yoga mat
- A blanket in case you get cold
- A blindfold / eye mask (optional, highly recommended)
- A cushion or folded blanket for neck support
- Wear layers and comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- An open heart & willingness to breathe, feel, and release
