Return to Presence - Live!

A gentle, guided in-person experience to quiet the noise, slow down and come home to yourself.
About this Event

Modern life pulls us away from ourselves.

Our minds stay busy.
Our bodies stay tense.
Listening becomes hard... to ourselves and to others.

Return to Presence - Live! is a 3-hour, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, quiet internal noise and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, human way.

This is not a lecture, performance or productivity workshop.

It’s a spacious, guided container where presence can be felt, not forced.

During this experience, we will:

  • explore what “noise” actually is
  • gently orient toward stillness
  • sit in shared presence
  • allow awareness to settle naturally
  • reflect and integrate together

There will be moments of silence.
There will be light guidance.
There will be optional sharing and reflection.

The live, in-person setting allows you to feel presence not only within yourself, but through the shared energy of the room.

No prior experience is needed.
Just a willingness to slow down.
