Return to Home is a gentle, intimate day retreat held on the land — an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
This day is not about fixing or pushing.
It’s about remembering — through breath, sound, movement and stillness — the inner place where you already belong.
Throughout the day you’ll be guided through nurturing practices designed to support grounding, gratitude and deep rest, with plenty of space to reflect, journal, or simply be.

• Conscious movement & breathwork
• Aromatherapy workshop
• Soundbath & deep rest
• Time in nature and on the land
• Journaling & reflection

Held in a small group to ensure safety, depth and care.
