John is a yoga instructor certified through a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. He is passionate about helping students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through accessible and supportive yoga practices that meet people where they are on their wellness journey.
Vanessa Viola is a breathwork facilitator, energy healer, and wellness guide with over a decade of experience supporting others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, emotional well-being, and embodied healing.
Rooted in her own transformational journey, Vanessa’s work weaves together breathwork, somatic awareness, sound healing, and energetic practices to create experiences that are both grounding and deeply transformative. She is passionate about helping people move beyond stress, overwhelm, and self-limiting patterns so they can reconnect with clarity, authenticity, and a deeper sense of self.
Before You Arrive
🌿 Avoid heavy meals within 2 hours of the gathering
🌿 Wear comfortable, layered clothing
🌿 Bring a blanket, eye mask, journal, and water bottle
🌿 Yoga mats will be provided
🌿 Street parking is available. Meters are typically free after 6:00 PM, but please read posted signs when you arrive.
🌿 Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can settle in and begin the evening fully present.
