Join us for a supportive sound bath and gentle breath created for those seeking a safe, non-judgemental space to connect, exhale, and feel more at ease in their body.
Brought to you by Feel in Flow x Nativa, this event is designed to support wellbeing through community connection, mindfulness, and nervous system restoration. This is a space where those who appreciate the power of plant medicine can feel seen, supported, and connected.
It is a chance to slow down, soften, and be held in a room of people who understand that health journeys can be complex, deeply personal, and deserving of care.
The evening will include a grounding arrival, followed by a restorative breath and sound bath experience designed to cultivate calm, release tension and foster reconnection.

Studio Take Care is conveniently located just off Lygon street in Brunswick. We recommend attendees plan transport in advance, taking public transport and walking where possible if utilising any prescribed plant medicines.
