Join us for a practical, heart-centered introduction to Ayurveda, where you’ll discover how simple shifts in daily rhythm, food, and self-care can bring vitality, ease, and wellbeing into your everyday life. You'll leave with real-life practices and embodied wisdom you can start using straight away.
In this 2-hour interactive workshop, you will:
~Learn the core principles of Ayurveda and how this ancient system supports women’s health through balance, rhythm, and daily living
~Explore the principle of the 3 doshas and how they influence hormones, digestion, energy, and mood
~ Gain insight into common women’s imbalances such as PMS, cycle irregularity, digestive discomfort, fatigue, stress, and emotional overwhelm
~Discover simple, natural ways to support hormonal balance through food, routine, and lifestyle
~Understand the link between digestion, hormones, and emotional wellbeing
~Learn how to live more in tune with your natural cycles - menstrual, seasonal, and energetic
~ Take away practical daily practices you can easily integrate into everyday life
Open to all women ready to deepen their connection with their body’s natural wisdom & feel at home in their body.

Time: 3-5pm
Location: Yogabee Whaganui (72 St Hill Street, above Brickhouse Restaurant)
Contribution: $25 suggested
All welcome - no previous experience with Ayurveda or yoga is required.


Facilitator: Radha Iveta is an experienced meditation and yoga teacher, as well as a Level 2 Ayurveda Therapist under the Ayuskama Ayurveda institute in Dharamshala, India. She has been offering clinical advice and manual treatments in her practice for multiple years, both in Hawkes Bay and now also in Whanganui.
