Starting May 1, Museum mammalogist Dr. Roland Kays and colleagues began retracing the historic route of Lewis and Clark to compare historic wildlife observations to what camera traps find today. Along the way, Kays and company will meet local experts to learn how animal populations have changed over the 250 years of our country’s history. Follow along on the Return of the Wild site and YouTube channel. Join our live video calls in-person in the SECU Daily Planet Theater or watch the livestreams on YouTube to receive the latest updates on the trek.
