Led by Laura & Tom, Retune & Reset Sound Bath supports deep rest, release, and a retuning to harmony, through the healing power of sound.
Alongside some gentle breath work and a short heart-led meditation, you’ll be immersed in a blend of therapeutic sound frequencies from two acoustic instrument stations, easing you into a deeper state of rest and awareness, so you can reconnect with what's ready to soften, to shift, and heal.
Instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, multiple gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, bass drum, monochord, voice, chimes, and percussion are played with intention to shift your brainwave state, regulate your nervous system, and support the body’s innate ability to relax, repair, and realign. Where possible, Found in Sound align sound bath sessions with the timing of a new moon, full moon, or a bigger celestial event to amplify intentions, and the energy of healing & renewal available to participants.
The session ends with a chance to step into the extra large "buddha standing Himalayan singing bowl" for one last sonic boost, a unique experience to round off your session, before receiving a gift of a grounding, vegan, sweet bite and a herbal 'peace' tea to support integration & aftercare.
