Join Retro Ramblers on a 10.7 mile walk, around Chippenham and Lacock, meeting at Swindon Train Station.
We will be meeting at 10am outside the Swindon Train Station, to catch the 10:22 train to Chippenham together (train cost £9.60 open return per person).
Leaving at from Chippenham Train Station at 11am, for those making their own way to the start point.
We will be walking from the station down Wood Lane, before going through Pewsham, and walking down the restored section of The Wilts and Berks Canal, the Carpenters Workshop and the newly opened Dry Dock, before heading through Bewley Green and Bewley Court, heading over Lacock Bridge and to the centre of Lacock.
Whilst in Lacock, we will be stopping at one of the few pubs for a drink and a bite to eat, before we head to Reybridge and back along The Wilts and Berks Canal, before following the path that takes us along the River Avon and back into the centre of Chippenham and the Train Station.

Please arrive 15 minutes early, to check in.
As I cannot control the weather, please wear/bring appropriate footwear and clothing, as well as a drink, to stay hydrated.

For those going from Swindon, there is a cost £9.60 open return train ticket, per person.
