We are very grateful to announce that we will be a hosting a 4-day retreat with our teacher Dharma Bodhi in May 2024. As a theme for this traditional yoga retreat, we have a chosen a set of teachings, which are so close to life that we usually forget about them: dream, sleep and death.We all dream and sleep and we all have experienced death in some way and for sure it is something, which every being has to face sooner or later.
In this retreat we will not only learn about the traditional Yogic View of these states of consciousness, but also learn how to work with dream and sleep and how to prepare for the process of dying in a yogic way.
