🌴Description:The Spring dance course is a place where to come and dance on a Wednesday evening in Prague. Together, with every kind of dancer, no matter your movement experience.
Following principles of contact improvisation, contemporary dance techniques and instant composition, we might:
- awake the body to be open for action
- explore our own movement possibilities
- connect with others and the space
- get into a performative improvisation
- do some floorwork
- enter into contact
- learn choreographic material
- practice technical exercises
- ...
Every single class has a different focus and it is complementary to the rest of the course.

🌴What to bring:
Recommended to bring some water, comfortable clothes and a notebook and pen (optional). We will dance barefoot or in socks.
🌴When?: Wednesdays, 19:30 - 21:00
May: 15th, 22nd, 29th
June: 5th and 12th

🌴Price: 300 CZK per lesson / 1.300 CZK full course

💃About me:
"After finishing my studies in dance, I've been freelancing as a contemporary dance performer between Spain, Budapest and Prague. I’ve been working with different companies and creating my own work, as well as offering workshops and classes. Improvisation, instant composition and contact improvisation are especially exciting for me. I am interested in dance improvisation as an art form, also as a way of connecting with each other and as a tool for learning about ourselves and our surroundings."
