Mt. Olympos, 16–21 April ☀️Daniel of @zenitshiatsu and Eirini, of @InspiringEducation&Coaching are facilitating a small, transformative retreat in Litochoro, at the foot of the mountain of the Gods.
For six days, we will work with the solar centre — your core of vitality, confidence and inner strength — through grounded, embodied practices.
🌀What you’ll actually experience:
• Daily morning yoga, breathwork & meditation
• Qi Gong for empowerment and energy circulation
• Shiatsu practice (Earth element – stomach & spleen meridians)
• Shamanic ceremony of Power Retrieval
• Guided rituals and practices on Mt. Olympos
• Cold water plunges in mountain pools
• Time by the sea for meditation and integration
• Visit to Paleos Panteleimonas village
• Visit to the archaeological site & museum of Dion
• Sharing circles and integration work
We’ll stay in shared rooms in a beautiful guesthouse in Litochoro.
Light sandwich lunches are included.
Dinners are in the village (many local options).
