A Somatic Workshop for Nervous System Regulation & Secure Connection🧠Based on polyvagal theory, attachment science, and embodiment practices.
This Valentine’s Day,
step out of the pressure to have, to prove, to perform love.
Come rest inside it.
Valentine’s Day can stir so many things.
Longing. Pressure. Comparison. Tenderness.
The quiet wish to feel held — by someone, or simply by life itself.
This workshop is your invitation to step out of the noise and to discover that love isn’t something you have to chase, earn, or find in someone else—it’s already within you, waiting to be awakened.
Beyond conventional ideas of love, or need for a romantic partner, we are accessing through felt experience, presence and vitality a new way of being that deeply nourishes us from the wellspring of unconditional love and radiance inside us.
The Science of Love & the Nervous System:
Your autonomic nervous system shapes how you give and receive love.
When you’re in a survival state (fight/flight/freeze):
You might shut down, withdraw, or over-give to feel safe.
When you return to ventral vagal safety, love becomes accessible again.
This is the foundation of earned secure attachment.
