π§ Morning Energising Pilates Led by Jocelyn, an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI-certified Pilates Instructor.
πΆββοΈ Guided Scenic Walk A 5-mile hilly route through the stunning Malvern Hills with Sarah from Walking the Hills.
β Morning Refreshments Tea, coffee, mini pastries, and fresh fruit.
π½οΈ Delicious Buffet Lunch Served with tea and coffee at our venue.
π§ Afternoon Pilates: Breath work & Gentle Stretch A calming session to release tension and ground the body.
πΏ Relax & Connect Time to unwind, chat, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Our base for the day is The Mount Pleasant Hotel in Great Malvern β a charming Georgian building with beautiful views over the town. Pilates sessions, refreshments, and lunch all take place here, giving you a welcoming and comfortable space to rest before and after the walk.

Jocelyn brings over 20 years of physiotherapy experience and 15 years of teaching Pilates both in the NHS and privately.Her calm, supportive teaching style focuses on improving ease of movement, building strength, and enhancing flexibility β the perfect complement to a day in nature.

Led by Sarah from Walking the Hills, this 2.5-hour walk covers around 5 miles of varied terrain with breathtaking views. Suitable for those with a good level of fitness.

- Sturdy footwear
- Layers for changing weather
- Plenty of water
Grade: Good level of fitness required, walk will be up and down hills!
