Our Llanberis Retreat Day is a nourishing experience for body and mind, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the mountains and the still waters of Llyn Padarn.We begin with a gentle yoga session to ease you into the day, releasing tension and creating space to breathe, stretch, and settle into a deeper sense of calm.
Afterwards, we head to the beautiful lakeside sauna on the banks of Llyn Padarn. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, the warmth of the sauna and the fresh Welsh air offer a wonderfully invigorating and grounding experience.
You’ll then be treated to a vibrant, delicious lunch feast lovingly prepared by Earthly Feasts — wholesome, nourishing food that feels as good as it tastes.
The afternoon flows into a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing tones and resonant vibrations invite you into a state of profound relaxation and inner stillness.
Before you head home, you’ll receive a sweet treat for the journey — a small reminder of a day spent restoring, reconnecting, and simply being.
