About this Event
If you're feeling a little jaded and tired... tired of waking up tired, tired of holding the space for everyone else, tired of not having the time to focus on how best to support yourself... then this day is for you.
We are holding a Retreat Day at Moon from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday 28th September. It's a day of community and education, warming and nourishing food and deep rest and relaxation.
This has been curated for women who are thinking about or are in their perimenopause/menopause, so anyone in their mid-30s and beyond...We have gathered five wise woman practitioners to hold space for you, to support you with information about how best to underpin your hormonal health and to guide you to a place of restorative rest.

- 10am: Welcome
- 10.15am: Opening Women's Circle to settle ourselves and set the intentions for the day with Ali Masterman
- 11.15am: Rest, Tea and Snacks
- 11.30am: Hormonal Health Discussion and Q&A with local women's health GP Dr Claire Phipps
- 12.30pm: Optimum Nutrition for Women of 35+ with Amber Silverman + Nourishing Lunch from Bold
- 2pm: Slow and Restorative Yoga with Ali Masterman
- 3.15pm: Deeply Relaxing Sound Bath with Carol Lee
- 4.30pm: Close and Float Away
- 30 Minute Rejuvenating Massage with Anna Glowacka, which can take place on 28th September or at a time of your convenience
