Please join Frank as he says goodbye to Naval Service after 30 years of faithful service. This will be an outdoor event outside the steps of Historic Building 1, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia. Rain date will be the same date/time, but located in NMCP Building 3, auditorium.
Uniform for participants: Full Dress, Choker whites with large medals.
