Rethink Menopause talk 1 - recognising perimenopause

I've been a GP in Bristol for the last 20 years, with longstanding interests in women's health, lifestyle medicine and education. I'm a BMS accredited menopause specialist and director of Rethink Menopause, through which I offer private menopause consultations and yoga for menopause.

One of my main aims through Rethink is to empower people with the information they need to thrive in menopause. I look forward to chatting menopause with you!

There are 3 different talks available

• talk 1 recognising perimenopause
• talk 2 HRT in depth
• talk 3 using lifestyle to support perimenopause

Each is different, and works alone or as a set of three.
