Resurrect the Real: Kheprw Conflict Lab (In-Person)

How do you view conflict? As an issue to be managed? Or as an opportunity for growth, learning, and even possibly deepening relationships? Come explore the mindsets, tools, and real life applications to develop your practice of conflict transformation with community leaders. Resurrect the Real: Kheprw Conflict Lab is a monthly 4 session course that gives a sampling and framework of Kheprw's secret sauce for a people-centered, developmental approach to transformation through conflict.

Courses to be held in person at the newly renovated Alkhemy Community Wealth Building Center (3802 N Illinois) and online via Zoom. Recordings will be made available via the Alkhemy+ Platform.

• Intro to the basic principles and tools of conflict transformation, illustrated through real life stories

July 23rd: The Mirror - Your Brain on Strife

• How do you react/respond to conflict? Self-mastery requires self-awareness. Our individualized assessment and group debrief will shed light on us all

Aug 27th: Get into it - Q & A

• With basic tools and principles covered, let's get personal. A full session dedicated to real life application to support your transformation

Sep 24th: Culture of Real

• How do you build conflict transformation into culture so it's not only known in theory, but lived and breathed? We will share our approach and practices you can take home
