MORE ABOUT US:
Caroline Foster is a yoga teacher, holistic therapist, breath and reiki therapist. She runs regular retreats in sunny East Lothian and in the sunnier Algarve.
Her sessions offer a balance of energising, strengthening and relaxing, restorative yoga. She also dives into the subtle practices of breath, meditation, mantras and simple yoga philosophy.
Caroline's style is simple, down-to-earth, playful, inclusive, creating safe spaces for guests to explore their own bodies, learn to observe and calm the mind, and find their own innate wisdom and healing.
They often leave retreats feeling stronger, clearer and like 'layers have been shed.'
