This day retreat includes practices and modalities (such as meditation exercises, reflection & journaling, gentle & soothing restorative yoga + group teachings and group discussion) to help us develop an inner sense of groundedness & peace, inner connection and inward fulfillment & purpose.
This retreat is beginner friendly and can be a powerful first step into healing & self-care or for those who are already on a path of healing, self-discovery and self-care. Come alone or come with a friend! All are welcome.
