She will be presenting on the importance of proper core engage and how to engage the correct muscles to support your body through safe movements. She also will be providing a diastasis recti screening for each women in attendance.

Jess is a licensed mental health counselor and certified personal trainer passionate about helping chronic dieters finally find peace with food and fitness. She will be moving you through a 45 minute full body routine with an emphasis on your core. All movements can be modified for skill level or physical limitation.
