Restore is a deeply calming practice focused on rest, breath, and nervous system regulation. Led by Deb Stainer in the beautiful roundhouse at Sowena CIC, the gentle class weaves together Restorative Yoga and Reiki energy healing to help you unwind, release tension, and reset.
Supported by props and guided through gentle, floor-based postures, each pose is held for several minutes, allowing for deep release, integration, and profound rest.
During the practice, Reiki is offered to support your body’s natural healing process, encouraging energetic clearing, balance, and a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
