This 60-minute session is ideal for anyone recovering from a long race or simply looking to practice deep stillness. It’s a lovely way to thank your body and mind for their hard work.We’ll gently move through low-impact exercises, using gravity and supportive props to aid your body’s healing. We’ll steer clear of standing poses and instead focus on soothing a tired nervous system and releasing tension.
The studio will be kept at a comfortable temperature of 80 degrees.
