Through gentle movement, stillness, and energy healing, we’ll create space for inner reflection, grounding, and quiet awakening—mirroring nature’s invitation to pause, listen, and restore.

Reiki is a technique that originates from Japan to channel life-force energy for healing- it restores and balances the body, promotes health, and aliveness. Stephanie, Reiki Master, will offer Reiki practices while Jenn will teach a restorative yoga practice that will relax the body and mind to open to the Reiki healing.
