Restore and Relax in the Presence of Orchids
Please join us for a special wellness event, Restore and Relax in the Presence of Orchids, held at Carnegie Wellness and surrounded by the beauty of blooming Phalaenopsis orchids.
Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 9:30 AM to view the orchid collection and participate in judging, if they wish. First, second, and third place winners will be announced the following day.
The centerpiece of this event is a 75-minute restorative yoga class designed to deeply relax the body and restore the soul. This gentle practice focuses on 4–5 fully supported restorative poses, allowing the nervous system to settle, tension to melt away, and a profound sense of calm to emerge. Between poses, we will move slowly and mindfully with the breath, creating smooth, peaceful transitions.
This is an invitation to give yourself the gift of deep rest, clarity, and renewal — all while immersed in the serene presence of orchids.
The event also includes complimentary hot tea, warm Lake Superior stones, and hot towels infused with essential oils, enhancing the experience of comfort and relaxation.
Come as you are, slow down, and let yourself be restored.
