About this Event
Restorative Yoga is recommended to anyone with a busy lifestyle, wishing to maintain good energy levels or to address stress & anxiety symptoms.
This workshop is about taking time for you, anchoring in the present moment and tuning in to the slower Autumn pace. We will incorporate mindfulness and relaxing breathing practices for a balancing experience.
We will start with some gentle core strengthening yoga (20 minutes) and carry on up with a smooth sequence of relaxing postures. The use of supportive props & blankets encourages the release of muscle tension and induces peace of mind. You will leave the class feeling stronger, rejuvenated and calm.
Suitable for everybody and all levels of Yoga including beginners. (not suitable for pregnancy - suitable from 8 weeks post-birth)
