Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that combines the benefits of restorative yoga with the healing power of sound vibrations.

This event will take place on Friday Jan. 3rd 2025 at 5:30pm also on Saturday Jan. 18th, 2025 at 10am with the Wisconsin Athletic Club | Downtown.

3rd floor of the 411 building.

You must pre register on the wac + app. Allow plenty of time to arrive early in order to navigate to the event locations.

During this session, you will be guided through gentle restorative yoga poses designed to help you relax and release tension in your body. The sound healing component involves the use of various instruments such as singing bowls and gongs to create soothing vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing.
