About this Event
Join us for an evening of Restorative Yoga led by Lanea at Park Heights Community Health Alliance. This is a donation-based, trauma-informed, and beginner-friendly class designed to support stress relief, healing, and connection.
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice using supportive postures and mindful breathing to help release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, this class offers a safe and welcoming space to slow down, relax, and restore balance.
