Come unwind from the work week with Certified Yoga Instructor, Gail Sookey, every Friday at 6pm. Absolutely no prior yoga experience is required. This class will begin with gentle movement and transition into Restorative Yoga which consists of reclining and laying in various poses with the body supported with cushions, blocks, and blankets. Thai Bodywork assists will be offered. The combined practices of Restorative Yoga and Thai Bodywork effectively balance the physical and energetic bodies and may help to lower anxiety, blood pressure, body pain, and muscular tension.Register at: https://anahataschoolhouse.org/calendar/
