In this immersive class, Amy will invite students into the gentle, healing world of Restorative Yoga—a practice rooted in stillness, support, and surrender. Designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, each session offers a sanctuary for the body and mind to release tension, recalibrate, and restore balance.Through the use of props, breath awareness, and mindful sequencing, participants will explore postures that are held for extended periods, allowing for profound relaxation and inner quiet.
