Join Kia for a Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath experience designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and promote deep rest. This special event is split into two parts to maximize relaxation:
🧘 First 45-50 minutes – Restorative yoga with soft, calming background music (no live sound instruments). Sink into fully-supported, gentle postures while allowing your body to unwind.
🎵 Last 40 minutes – Kia will introduce a transformative live sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to help you reach a meditative state and complete relaxation.
