Your body knows how to rest. Sometimes it just needs the right conditions.In this session, you'll settle into gentle, supported poses using pillows and cushions — no flexibility required, no experience needed. While you rest, live crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments fill the room with sound. Sue Webb leads the practice, with Tiffany Tran on sound bath support.
This class is part of The Pause, a monthly wellness practice with Webb Wellness.
