Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
This class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and give your nervous system a chance to reset.
You’ll be guided through a small number of fully supported restorative yoga poses, held for longer periods of time. Throughout the entire practice, a live sound bath will gently accompany you—creating a steady, calming atmosphere.
Props are used generously so the body can rest comfortably without effort. The emphasis is on stillness, ease, and allowing the system to unwind from constant doing.
This is not a movement-heavy class. It’s an opportunity to rest, breathe naturally, and let yourself be supported—physically and mentally.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga or sound bath experience needed.
