Join Nina for a magical evening. This 90 minute workshop will be a restorative based yoga practice, with the additional healing benefits of sound. Engulf yourself in relaxation while nurturing the body, mind, and soul. There will be a series of gentle postures that are supportive (utilizing the bolsters, blankets, and other various props) and adequate time will be allowed for each posture to allow the body to surrender and heal itself while enjoying the peaceful and soothing benefits of a sound bath. No prior experience or props needed - everything will be provided.
