Taking time out to relax and renew is essential to living well. Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this style of yoga you will hardly move at all doing just a few postures in the course of an hour all supported by bolsters blocks and blankets for ultimate comfort. The postures are designed to restore health and vitality and can be so restful you will feel like you have had a sleep.
Open to all (including beginners). Limited places are available so booking is essential. Props for the restorative session including bolsters and blankets will be available to borrow at the session (but bring your own if you have them).
To fully unwind and unplug this session will be in-studio only.
