All this is to support the body by the use of props (bolsters / blankets / blocks etc - which Mandi brings to you) whilst in a position of comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. These “supports” adapt to each person without them having to “fit” into a specific poses. It is for all ages and levels of fitness.
