Class will begin with gentle yoga to warm the body and calm the mind. Katie Bonnett will then guide you into yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to promote healing and regeneration at all levels of your being. Katie Beloved will round out this magical event with a special sound bath using her prana gong, sound bowls, and other instruments taking you on an acoustic journey that will relax your body, clear your subconscious, calm your mind, and balance your nervous system.
Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get cozy on your mat with bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows.
