This class is your monthly reset button, helping you wind down, restore your energy and align with the energy of the Moon’s cycle
Slowing down and resting on and around the New Moon is a common practice in many spiritual and wellness traditions, and while it is symbolic, there are many benefits to slowing down:
~enhance your overall well-being
~alleviate your stress and anxiety
~improve your sleep
~increase your resilience
~regularly taking a pause adds a sense of grounding and rhythm to your month
What to Expect:
~relaxing Restorative Yoga: Yoga poses supported by props to release tension and achieve deep relaxation. You'll experience the art of letting go and embracing stillness, and will leave feeling deeply rested and relaxed
~Yoga Nidra: guided meditation will take you into a state of conscious relaxation, promoting healing and balance
~Herbal tea and snacks to close

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class offers a sanctuary for everyone. Come as you are and leave feeling rested and restored
To get the most from this class please bring with you:
~ a yoga mat
~ a blanket
~ 2 bed pillows
~ eye pillow or eye mask (if you have one)
~ yoga blocks / bricks (I have a few you can borrow if you don’t have them)
~ warm socks
