Join StudiOM and Hoffmann Healing Arts for a 75 minute practice that combines the deeply relaxing postures of restorative yoga with the soothing sounds of Native American Flute Music. This class will include 45 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Mackee will then close the practice with a 30 minute Native American Flute Meditation while participants rest in savasana.This practice allows participants to gently release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.
No experience needed - all levels welcome!
