A space for busy Hispanic entrepreneurs to release tension and stress through a restorative yoga practice. Put yourself first for just one hour -- because you, your business, and your family and friends need you to be recharged! In restorative yoga, we hold comfortable and relaxing poses for several minutes, and we are laying down or sitting down the whole time. Some people fall asleep during some poses! Come ready to completely relax and put yourself first - something that you may not do often given all your goals, ambitions, meetings, and hard work that you put in day in and day out.This session will be led in English. Bring your yoga mat and a blanket. Wear comfortable clothing and anything else that will make you super cozy such as socks. I will provide other props. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start right on time. There is a restroom available on site. The venue is a house (used for events) located in a neighborhood downtown. There is street parking available, if you don't find parking near the house, there will certainly be some available a block or two down the street, please don't let this discourage you from coming. This is the last session in my Yoga Series Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month. Limited spots are available.
