Even the good things are a lot.
The work you care about.
The people you love.
Taking care of your body.
Trying to do it all well.
And still — you’re tired.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or burned out, this 8-week restorative series offers a warm, supportive space to pause.
Each class includes fully supported restorative postures, gentle breathwork, yoga nidra, and sound. You’ll be propped with bolsters and blankets so your body can soften completely while your nervous system settles.
Restorative yoga is known to help with:
• Releasing physical and emotional tension
• Reducing anxiety and overwhelm
• Supporting recovery from burnout
• Improving sleep and overall well-being
There is nothing to achieve here.
You don’t need to stretch hard.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You lie down. You are supported. You rest.
Over time, your body remembers what calm feels like — and that makes it easier to choose differently in your life outside the studio.
When you’re not constantly in go-mode, it becomes easier to pause before saying yes.
To interrupt an anxiety spiral.
To soften the pressure to do everything perfectly.
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about learning how to meet it from a steadier place.
All levels welcome.
