Restorative Yoga for Fertility
Come join us for a deeply relaxing session of Restorative Yoga designed to support your fertility journey. This event will take place at Pranify Headquarters, a beautiful private yoga studio where you will be welcomed and supported on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm (doors open 6pm).
The scientifically proven benefits of yoga can significantly enhance fertility wellness by reducing stress levels, balancing hormones and fostering emotional resilience, providing a supportive foundation for your fertility journey.
Whether you are just starting your fertility journey or looking for ways to enhance it, this session is perfect for you. No previous yoga experience is required.
Instructor Christina Aaron will guide you through gentle poses to help you to cultivate a deep state of relaxation and find balance and harmony within. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nurture yourself and enhance your wellbeing as you navigate your fertility journey.
This event will run every Tuesday from 6:30pm-8:00pm. Starting September 24th until November 12th. (Price is for the entire 8 week session).
Bring your yoga mat and dress in your most comfortable clothes.
