NOURISH AND NURTURE IN NATURE!Outdoor Restorative Yoga at the GORGEOUS Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens! Second Monday of each month from 7 PM to 8 PM
REPLENISH. REFRESH. RENEW.
Practice the art of stillness to restore and calm the body, breath, and mind. Props are used to support the body to aid in conscious relaxation. Poses are held for up to 20 minutes to allow renewal, repair, restoration, and letting go.
All levels are welcome! Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Feel free to bring extra blankets for your comfort and ease as only 1 blanket will be provided to each participant. Some participants enjoy using 2 yoga mats for more comfort in restorative poses. Bug Spray is also recommended. The event will be moved indoors in the event of rain or other circumstances such as extreme temperatures.
