Have you experienced Restorative Yoga OUTDOORS? It is a one-of-a-kind experience as you never know what wonders of nature will unfold around you and within you as you rejuvenate in conscious relaxation! Share the wonder!
Practice the art of stillness to restore and calm the body, breath, and mind. Props are used to support the body to aid in conscious relaxation. Poses are held for up to 20 minutes to allow renewal, repair, restoration, and letting go.
All levels are welcome! Dress comfortably and in the cooler months of the year, please wear layers including socks and extra blankets, as it is important to stay warm in order for the body to relax effortlessly. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Feel free to bring extra blankets for your comfort and ease as only 1 blanket will be provided to each participant. Some participants enjoy using 2 yoga mats for more comfort in restorative poses. Bug Spray is also recommended. The event will be moved indoors in the event of rain or other circumstances such as extreme temperatures (e.g., below 70 degrees or above 90 degrees).
Feel free to arrive 30 minutes early to stroll the gardens for a few minutes before your Restorative Yoga!

Register NOW at https://www.pslbg.org/event-calendar/ as event is limited to 10 people. Registration closes at 6 PM (one hour before the event starts). Friends of the Gardens Members can enjoy these classes for $10.00 per class and Non-Friends Members are $15.00 per class.
